Welcome to our office!
Dear Visitor,
We appreciate the confidence and trust that you have placed in us and look forward to meeting you personally and professionally.
Our philosophy of care governs everything we do for you. It consists of the following key elements:
We are truly caring about our patients and want you to feel very comfortable with our entire staff.
We recognize that each patient is an individual and our main objective to improve patients’ quality of life by delivering outstanding patient care one patient at a time.
We work with only one patient at a time, and do not double book. The time that you reserve with us is yours and yours alone.
We strive to be thorough in everything we do, taking the time to be the best we can be.
At your first visit, we will take the time to get to know you (and you, us) and discuss your medical needs and goals. We will perform a comprehensive medical evaluation and gather information to make a proper diagnosis and customized plan for your health problem(s). This will take approximately 60-90 minutes.
We look forward to meeting you.

The field of Orofacial practice is relatively new. Therefore, there are few specialists who take care of patients with the following conditions:

• TMJ dysfunction including TMJ pain, noises, and locking

• Neuropathic pain such as trigeminal neuralgia, pain following endodontic treatment or extraction, and other atypical facial pains not easily categorized

• Muscle related pain such as myofascial pain, myalgia, trismus, and spasm• Headaches including tension-type headache, migraine, cluster, and other primary headaches

• Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Snoring: Oral appliance management for patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea will be coordinated with their physician

As medical statics shows, in the past, it took most patients who suffered from such disorders over four years to get referred to an orofacial pain practitioner to receive efficient medical treatment. In the Torrance area, Dr’s Grin practice is the first of its kind.
