Clear and upfront, always.

We collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductible amounts at the time of service. After your insurance processes the claim, any remaining balance is billed to you. If you overpay based on our initial estimate, we issue a refund once all claims are settled.

You are responsible for understanding your plan’s requirements. If your plan requires a referral, please coordinate with your primary care doctor to obtain it before your appointment. If we do not have your referral by the day before your visit, we may need to reschedule.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer CareCredit and Cherry, which both provide monthly payment plans for medical expenses. We also accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Our team can walk through payment options with you at your visit.

What if you are not in-network with my plan?

We are in-network with most major insurance plans. If we are out-of-network with yours, we can often still bill your plan and help you seek reimbursement. Call (310) 933-3077 with your insurance card ready and we will verify your specific plan.
